This app has been designed to be used in a group education or clinical setting.

It provides an interactive Framework diagram that can be filled by multiple people at one time, then then output saved and shared in real time to allow for group discussion and deeper learning.

Instructions for educators / group leader:

• Click on the 'Go to Classroom App' button at the top of this page

• Signup if you are new or ender your email & password

• On your Dashboard, choose 'Create Session' and give your session a name

• Click on the 'Show QR Code' button to share a QR code or web address with your group

• Once the group members have filled the diagram and hit 'Submit' on the bottom, you can click on the 'View Surveys' button on your dashboard for that session, and a summary of the group responses will be displayed that you can share and discuss with your group in real time.

Instructions for group users:

• Access the interactive diagram by activating the QR code or clicking on the web link provided by your instructor

• Enter text in the 'free text' boxes provided

• Select labels by clicking on the box - some will allow multiple selections, others only one

• Drag each 'slider' to indicate slow / medium / high contribution of each factor

• When complete, hit the 'Submit' button at the bottom

• If you want to download a PDF copy to your device, hit the 'Download' arrow next to the Submit button

• NOTE - some of the free text you fill will appear in a word cloud on the group summary page your instructor wil show at the end. If you are wanting to have more than one word display, use an '_' between linked words (eg. two_weeks)
